Its one thing to call for something - year in and year out . . . its another thing altogether to actually act on and implement. Basically, these folks have shouted loudly for years and yet the "Cows still haven't come home"

 

It would appear, and of course they could still amaze [ get a better deal watching David Copperfield making an Elephant disappear]; and RV, SOON - they keep kicking the can down the road, its looking more like 2016.
