They never mentioned about the 800 billion dollars missing. They need to send him to trial, find him guilty get his buddies too get the money back, then take him to the bull rink like the taliban used to do in afganistan and have a round up and free dinner afterwards.

IMHO, your best bet is to wait it out on the Yuan. Although not as deep as the rest of the world, they have their issues, too. Iraq IS the investment to be in, hands down, regardless how long it takes.
