Thanks Yota...Sounds like the ''Same Ol'...Same Ol' ''....Hopefully the HCL's done and they're just stallin' till things fall into place and the HCA can become Law...They were talkin' about usin' the Executive Powers to clear stalled issues and there aint been a bigger stall than this one...

What benefit would the Shiites gain from loosing the Kirds? As both are oil producers I can see where they might both wish to lose the Sunnies (as indeed they largely have). But I don't see the Shiites advantage in going it alone.
