The IMF and WB are working feverishly with CBI to get it to Article 8 compliance and internationally used.

We could see something sooner rather than later.

Dont forget CITI Bank is still there Middle Eastern banks are also in Iraq and the CBI just announced that it arranged a currency exchange rate with bank union between Iraq USA.

The Iraq Gov. said they would announce the credit rating in July and they are about to issue internationa bonds.
