 BAGHDAD - morning 
called on House Speaker Saleem al-Jubouri, the parliamentary blocs to submit its observations and proposals on the National Guard of the Federal Court Rules projects and parties no later than during the next two days. 
This came during his presidency, on Monday, a meeting of heads and representatives of blocs and parliamentary committees to discuss the Court bills Federal National Guard and parties, in the presence of his two deputies, Sheikh Hamoudi and Iaram Sheikh Mohammed. 
According to a statement issued by the information department of the House of Representatives, «morning» received a copy of it, that «the meeting, which was held in the Constitutional Hall House of Representatives, the National Guard and the parties of the Federal Court of draft laws discussed in order to resolving differences on them once and for all and presented for a vote in the House of Representatives hearing on Thursday ». 
The meeting agreed to hold a number of meetings between the leaders of mini-political blocs and the Presidency and the committees during the next two days to resolve points of contention on the three laws.

Thanks Yota...This will be the step the Sunnis are looking for and the Shiite are fearing....There's an Amnesty Bill waiting on this National Guard Bill that will have repercussions throughout the Sunni Community...In essence having direct ramification to the ISIS issue...The arms deal between the US and Kurds will reflect on these proceedings...This's so important to the entire security process to proceed...The Sunni's will only trust Sunni National Guard Units that will be in direct contact with the Shiite Iraqi Army if any support is needed...There are proven military Leaders waiting the Amnesty Bill that were imprisoned through the Maliki take-over...These imprisoned leaders were replaced by the leaders that ran in Mosul and started this whole ISIS ordeal in the first place...It's kind of like this whole thing is about to make a complete circle...The Kurds have the Peshmerga....The Shiites has the Iraqi Army and when this passes the Sunnis will have community National Guards by proven Sunni military leaders that know how to run an Army...as soon as they can get out of jail....
