{Baghdad: Euphrates News} considered the Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister's oil licensing rounds in the previous government are unsuccessful, it was not successful.

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN ) - denied the Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, quoted one of the media with him, from attack for decades of oil licensing rounds, stressing that he is still in favor of it within the oil sector development efforts, and achieved an increase in exports and revenues that have supported the financial budget.

 And between Saleh's ( IMN ), that he "paid tribute oil licensing contracts in the interview referred to, however, and I did not know that the export does not match the production."
