All the Gurus claiming ISIS don't affect the RV timing don't have a clue as to what is going on. Listen to CBI. Yes, CBI wants economic reform yesterday. Conditions are not right for an RV and never will be in a short run. Put away your IQD for safekeeping. IMO.

As far as stable goes...It's just another day on the farm in Iraq....There can never be enough security for a bean-counter...Iraq can't do anything till they're Article 8 compliant...Anybody can say what they want about what's holdin' who up but until Iraq's Art. 8 compliant the WTO and UN aint lettin' nothing happen...The end of next month is the extended dead-line to be Article 8 compliant...
