interesting choice of words from a government that resembles a theocracy more than anything else.Arabs run everything past religious authorities first before approval.so one must ask,what circumstances would require the Kurdish delegation to seek the approval of certain religious authorities.

This will be a very important meeting because of the discrepancy between KRG and Central. The Regional Minister of Natural Resources said they pumped 562,000 barrels of  oil per day in April. The Iraqi Oil Minister in Baghdad said they pumped 448,000 barrels of oil per day in April. They need to meet and resolve this accounting problem asap or tension will increase. over 20% difference is a lot of dinar.
