Good to see they are honouring their agreement with TheKurds.

Maybe they're afraid not to - seeing as how Mr.Barzani went to Washington, eh...?

Or maybe it's because they know they'd better not push TheKurds -- or feel the same wrath they dealt the evil daash !

....3 little words, DJG --- GLOBAL BANKING CARTEL.

It's THEIR manipulations of the region we should be watching / questioning. <_<

Perhaps but I believe they have over talked, over met, and generally over played the drama in the region. They are not going to be in any better position than they are at this point.

Baghdad payments "few" get angry Kurdistan and claims an oil agreement "fair"

oile1.jpg

Erbil-Iraq Press -9 May / May: The officials in the Kurdistan region of anger and resentment of the region do not receive financial payments from Baghdad commensurate with what issued from oil for the benefit of the Iraqi government.

Kurdish official said they are able to meet the internal financial obligations, if oil exported independent of Baghdad, and called for the signing of a new oil deal more "equitable" with Baghdad.

Said Dilshad Shaaban, head of the oil, gas and energy Parliament of Kurdistan, in a press statement on Saturday, "The Source value of oil from the Kurdistan region of fields and sold in the markets for the benefit of the Iraqi oil marketing company in excess of the amount trillion Iraqi dinars in April / April last (dollar equivalent in 1300 Iraqi dinars), while the amount of Baghdad sent 543 billion dinars for the region. "

"If that was the amount that sent Baghdad advance or part of the monthly region entitlement is not a problem, but if the entire region's share from oil exports for the month of April / April That we reject and unacceptable that the issue for the benefit of government oil worth trillion dinars and receive half the price."

And it signed the Kurdistan region of Iraq and the federal government on December 2 / December 2014 an agreement for the export of oil and Budget, and provides that the province exported 250 thousand barrels of crude oil a day from fields in favor of the national oil marketing company "Sumo", as well as the export of 300 thousand barrels of production Kirkuk oilfields.

It sent Baghdad since the signing of the Convention four financial payments to the region, is 250 billion dinars for the month of January, and 490 billion for the month of February, and 527 billion dinars for the month of March / March, and finally the amount of 543 billion dinars for the month of April / April last. Justified not to send larger amounts of the Kurdistan region that he did not issue the agreed quantities around.

The agreement provides that in the case of the Kurdistan region of export commitment rates contained in the agreement (550 thousand barrels per day), the Baghdad will pay 17% of the Iraqi budget for the region, which is estimated at 1.2 billion Iraqi dinars per month.

The financial payments provided by Baghdad replace resentment by the Kurdistan Regional authorities because they are far below the rate of 17 Iraqi budget.

According to a report issued by the Kurdistan Regional Government for its operations and oil for the month of April / April 2015, it had exported a total of 16.87 million barrels of crude oil, and an average of 562.63 thousand barrels per day to the port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean in Turkey.

The report, which the "new Arab" got a copy of it, that the Kurdistan region of fields share of those exports amounted to 12.54 million barrels, and the rate of export of 415.24 thousand barrels per day, has also been exported 4.42 million barrels and the rate of export of 137.3 thousand barrels of Kirkuk fields .

The report added that the Kurdistan Regional Government exceeded during the month of April / April figures agreed for exports to the Kurdistan region of fields and installed by agreement the two sides with 250 thousand barrels per day, an average of 165 thousand barrels per day. The report also pointed out that the technical problems beyond their control have led to export-stop during the April / April for 22 hours, then re-exports flow.

Dilshad said Shaaban, head of the oil and gas, energy, the Parliament of Kurdistan, said that "the region committed to his agreement with the Iraqi government agreed beyond the numbers, and will raise during the month of May / May to export about 650 thousand barrels" .anthy (1)
