if it happened gold prices would have to rise above $10,000 per ounce  ...... or more maybe double that.

 

I cant see this happening ........ well no time in the next few years.

they're all good guys ....... and they're all bad guys , its just a matter of perspective.

sleeping Giant alright ...... the ZWD is in a coma and is awaiting to be pronounced dead IMO, if the dianr is considered a long shot I think you have more of a chance of winning the lottery everyweek for the next year than the ZWD even increasing by 10% in the next year.

Nixon took us off the gold standard for currency war issues. Russia thought they would weaken the USD and our economy and over take us by taking our gold based currency and turning it in for the physical gold that backed it up. We have done so good since then why on earth would we return to it and risk one country we compete with economically, or a group of countries, to deplete our reserve supply of gold and hit the bottom of the barrel as a nation? Nope, never again.

Google it folks...Under Basel III, a nations resources not to include only gold but silver, rare minerals & oil must be asset backed by their currencies.

The USA is the only nation not on board. That makes the USA not Basel III compliant & the hold up to the global economic progress.

The USA is the only nation not asset backed. The USA still clings to the outdated FIAT ways.The USA is holding up global economic reform.
