SOUNDS VERY PROMISING.  WHILE WE HAVE HEARD THIS INFO BEFORE I COULD HEAR TRUE EXCITEMENT IN THE VOICE. 

 

Luigi says treat as a rumor until it's varified by multiple sources. There is no evidence the RV process has started.

 

Just what is coming days? Here's hoping this is really it.

I hope this RVs soon. The entire Middle East & North Africa are up in flames.

If Iraq waits any longer on this...there may be no ME.

does not mean The CBI has to do it.

 

The CBI now answers to The Central Bankers of the world, the UN and The IMF --  y'know...

all the usual Central Bank Cartel demons who've now locked onto Iraq's fiscal jugular....

You have no idea why they would be able to do this ?  Simply because there has been no closed door meetings , there was no Finance Committee demands , there were no  EXECUTIVE  ISSUES  

, and there are no ATM  smart cards..... Hell, there probably aren't even any ATM dumb cards either !

when iraq passes their depositors insurance laws - we'll then see articles stating these employees are getting paid - because at least the govt institutions want to direct/funnel payments of employee's salaries into bank accounts - the people won't stand for this until their deposits are protected - and the govt has said it will guarantee their electronic deposits via this law.
