10 YEARS LATER Posted April 21, 2015 Report Share Posted April 21, 2015 I'm hoping that man [Abadi] with the plan implements that plan before the Middle East literally, melts down. if not,well I shudder to think what would become of the countless "thousands" of Global & IQD investors and more to the point Iraq itself: and how that would add to an already volitile & precarious situation in the M.E.
