FRANK – Hi Delta … can you hear me?

I need to give you a quick update to bring you up to speed from “you-know-who.”

Things are moving very fast now!

Things are much farther than you think.

We are moving very quick.

We will not be giving you any details.

That right there Delta was HUGE!!!

The monetary reform and SECURITY is moving very fast.

We are still not using the internet.

The origin was not a power plant.

It was what the Russians and what they were doing with our Internet.

O signed the EO to stop them, and then they shut us down to catch them.

Money laundering is next the issue.

We now confirm 100% what Delta’s team reported to you on Monday morning.

We found it.

Also tell Delta’s team … the reporter … they are repeating it … every day … they repeat what Delta said.

DELTA --Greetings family …

I just wanted to tell you what happened.

Basically every day in Iraq they have a FINANCIAL NEWS [segment] that is broadcast at 5pm Iraqi time.

That segment is “LIVE” for about 12 hours, and … >>> (audio cut out in this section) <<<

As you know, you’ve all seen the article … the Financial Committee and Abadi are meeting with the CBI.

The reporter was saying that he had an interview with the Financial Committee … but before he did that he did an introduction.

The way that he [the reporter] said it was … "it was EXPECTED for the Iraqi Dinar value to reach pretty close to a dollar within two weeks".

When we shared that news … some people thought maybe it was an April Fools joke or something.

This is a legitimate TV station -- sponsored by funds allocated from the budget.

For a reporter on Iraqi TV to say that is incredible.

We have a team who is watching that TV news channel all the time.

No one knows the date or rate but a lot of pressure on the CBI from all angles.

No one can pull the trigger except the Central Bank of Iraq.

Abadi doesn’t know the date. It’s classified.

The reporter said it was EXPECTED to increase in value.

Everybody there … including the government is EXPECTING an increase value … but no one knows the exact date.

Probably the only ones who know would be the board of directors of the CBI.

So they said within 2 weeks.

So we are going to wait and see what happens … which will take us down to the 15th or 16th … or the announcement could come by the end of the month.

We looked back in history and Iraq’s monetary policy where changes typically occurred at the middle of the month.

The last time … >>> (sorry audio cut out again) <<< … currency changed around Dec 15th when Shabibi changed it from 1170 to 1166.

Again around January 17th … it just looks like they like to do things around the middle of the month.

Remember this is Iraq … and they can do anything that they please.

We saw the amazing article from the governor of the CBI who said … “we got the green-light” … and most people thought in 3-4 days we would see something … but nothing happened.

So we re-read the article … the governor of the CBI told us exactly what they needed to do before they could pull the trigger.

Prior to that … they said they had something to do.

They are trying to train the employees about the new models and the new currencies.

They want to make sure that everything is under control – (money laundering, e-banking, Qi-Cards, Visa cards) because a lot of people depend on that.

We all know they have the lower denominations and they have trained everybody to do that.

Again … there is a lot of pressure on the CBI to pull the trigger.

We saw a lot of articles coming out … talking again about the Iraqi dinar over the last 2 weeks … and Abadi and Parliament. So why did they say that?

Because it’s impossible for them to control the value of the dollar (because of the black-market) … UNLESS they revalue the IQD.

They are not ignorant. They know EXACTLY what they are doing!

They have the date. They have the rate.

One thing that keeps coming up on Iraqi TV is that some of the money transfer companies with offices in Baghdad … they are not sending dinars from city to city.

For example, you have people in Baghdad who have relatives in Kurdistan.

When they try to send money to their relatives … the money transfer companies are protecting the dinars and NOT sending the dinar, but sending [uS] dollars.

The money transfer companies are acting as if they know something is going to happen so they are taking advantage of people and the exchange rate – because they know the dollar is very high … and so the citizens are losing a lot of money because of the ratio.

Finally, I’d like to ask you some questions … which you already know the answer to:

#1 – WHY (until now) did they not activate the PRIVATE SECTOR and the MARKET ECONOMY?

#2 – WHY did they NOT issue the Qi-Cards (with the Visa/MasterCard)? 400,000 retirees are waiting for those cards that they could use anywhere.

#3 – WHY has the budget not been completely distributed?

If you answer those questions … there is only ONE answer.

They need to increase the value of their currency by changing the rate!

Everyone is waiting for it!

In regards to the spreadsheet … the 1.19 … it’s in dinars and not in dollars.

1.18 equates to about 85 cents … but they might come up.

In 2-3 years it might come up to around $3 again

No one knows the rate/date.

I like to explain exactly what I see regardless if the news is good or bad.

Everyone knows the rate is going to be close to a dollar … and that is what everybody is expecting.

The media and the government … everyone in Iraq knows the rate has to go up.

We are definitely very close family.

Are they going to do it in the middle of the month like the reporter said … it’s possible.

Could it be the end of this month? It’s possible too.

Remember, this is Iraq … we don’t know.

They have done a tremendous job in defeating ISIS and DAASH.

They have no liquidity.

WHY would Abadi need to meet with the CBI everyday?

There is an urgency!

They need this to happen as soon as possible!

They see it more in the 2nd segment of the 12 hours … it is that same (female) reporter.

Abadi and the governor of the CBI meet every morning at 5AM … and then they go to their respective places to work.

Remember … around September … I think it was … when M accused Shabibi … we kept telling everyone that Shabibi was not guilty.

We said Shabibi was still there.

iTeam is protecting Dr. Shabibi

Finally yesterday we see confirmations of Shabibi – as Governor of the CBI.

Maintain your ground. Guard your investment! Do not lose your investment!

The things we share with you is not because we want to be champions of Intel.

We have some amazing talent that God has blessed us with here at KTFA … and removed those who were instigators … (and I don’t like doing that.)

Hey Delta … Teams don’t see 85 cents. They see $1.17 and up.

Again … no one knows the date/rate.

We need them to come up at least to a dollar to help the Iraqi citizens.

Look here at the front page in my hometown newspaper … Iraqi soldier … praying over a mass grave … ISIS massacred thousands and

thousands of people near an airbase.

The Lord has blessed us with so many talented people.

Each one of them does things here from the bottom of their hearts because of their love for you and God.
