It’s an honor to have four other forums joining us tonight, and you’re always welcome to join our Bible Study too.

Usually on Tuesday we have a segment on “Hawaiian Tours” – and they after, we have a little “dinar” dessert.

Tonight … sorry … no Hawaiian Tours … we have too much dessert tonight!

As you know … TopShelf really surprised us last night with some news about the spreadsheets.

Please give us more information about the spreadsheets updates (from the CBI’s website).

TOPSHELF – please give me a few minutes … I need to pull up some more info on my computer and I’ll jump back in later. Ok?

FRANK – Ok … I’ll start then. 

Let’s talk. 

#1 – Lots of articles came out today. WalkingStick started posted around 4am … and others like GearHead (our newshounds) came in to contribute. BlueDog, etc. I want to thank you. 


Many of these articles … not a single article used the word TRILLION. (Oh … wait a minute … maybe 2 articles did) … but there is a new atmosphere in Iraq in how they talk … 


they don’t seem to talk about dinars in “TRILLIONS” … they use the USD with the American $$$ sign … to tell you how many BILLIONS they have. That is a change in attitude and posture!

#8 – ARTICLE: Who are the people that are leading the GOI with Abadi? Can you believe that? What is the answer. Normally I would say “Ali” – but go to the article that gave the answer.

It says … “the MP Ali [keywords] AND Director of the CBI. Got it? Ali is not the governor! We’ve been telling you before Oct/Nov of last year. Only the IMF can appoint a Governor of the CBI. Maliki couldn’t officially dismiss Shabibi. Dr. Shabibi is being taken care of by iTeam

POST #187 --- is all part of the process of the MR!

#10 – The Internet in Iraq was down … AND we told you about the Executive Order issued by Obama on cyberspace … AND on that same day (March 3rd) … that 30 days later … we see a reporter(s) talk to the CBI … and he & she tells the citizens of Iraq that the CBI EXPECTS the IQD to be on par (one-to-one) with the USD in the next 2 weeks. 

In Washington DC … “they say” that a power-plant exploded and that the electricity and the Internet went down for a few hours. All of my northeast people called me … and they told me what was happening. Come on over to my BLUE COUCH ok? Abadi will be in DC this Fri, Sat and Sunday.

#11 – Zabari tells the IMF “we’re not bankrupt!” We just can open the dog-gone-thing! We need to raise the value of the IQD. The IMF said two weeks ago … “we’re very proud of your accomplishments … we asked the CBI how you’re doing.” They released a report regarding that. That makes the IMF very happy.

#12 – Yes BillLuke (POST 257) … it was literally an outline of last night’s cc. “How Obama abandoned the democracy in Iraq” -- General said his biggest fear was leaving Iraq too early.

#13 – POST #276 … The Iraq Financial Minister … (in other words, “the GOI”) … and the CBI governor attend meetings in Kuwait. That is the MR right before your eyes! (Dr. Shabibi).

Today is a day of vindication of me and my teams. Not for KTFA, but for me. I am human. I am prideful, and I don’t like when people spit in the face of my teams. Finally!

TOPSHELF – thanks to everyone … awesome news! I’ve got pages of important things. Let’s point out what’s important on the spreadsheet. So much good is going on! They are showing everybody what they have done.

I had a conversation with somebody today … this is the way it went down … (let’s see if I can word this right Frank). I think you and I agree that the HCL is done. I have other reasons to believe that it is done because of that little Excel program and what it shows … it can only be done … wouldn’t it be way "KEWL" if they showed us all of the HCL? 

FRANK: 2 weeks 

TOPSHELF: Family … that’s something that I’m pointing out right now. 

WS, AggieDad, BackDoc … this is a very important piece that is forthcoming. 

Other people are reporting back to me that “TA DA meeting” occurred and happened as it should have (as a formality). 

The electronic currency … that is in certain banks and banks that are coming online … globally … international … investment … Ministry of Finance … all of these “meetings” that they are holding. 

It’s not like they’re trying to figure WHAT they’re going to do. 

These are “meetings” of a “JOB WELL DONE!”

The SECURITY is the thing we’ve been watching. 

Biden came out and is going to talk in less than 2 days.

We’ll also see the security inside of Iraq … with the help of the Jordanian forces … and even Iraq and Iran … and the Kurds … with the “circling” around them … I think it’s going to be pretty clear that’s it’s taken care of.

Security within the cyber world pertaining to this will hit a new phase. A phase that’s like a “punch-list” when working in construction. You make sure that everything arrived on time and is ready to go.

I find it ironic that the Minister of Finance is stating right now that they don’t want anything to go over 2 Billion in USD right now. They want to keep it at 2.5 Trillion dinars. Should be an article out about that. Might take some digging. They know exactly … to the last dinar … what they want to spend.

This leads up to this period of time … that Abadi has a very packed schedule.

Abadi is coming to the USA and his meeting in Kuwait … these things don’t happen by chance. It shows that Iraq is ready to enter a new phase.

Frank … does Iraq owe anything to Kuwait?

FRANK: Yes … about a ¼ of it … but told Iraq to hang onto it … to “invest” it in Iraq … and that’s how Iraq can pay them back. Who in the world would invest at 1166? LOL!!! (wink, wink)

TOPSHELF: I’m lost for words … I’ve tried to save my voice for this call. 

Letter of credit … letter of guarantee … in 2 weeks time? Humm.

Nobody is worried about who they’re going to pay. Appearance wise, it looks like the citizens are waiting.

We’re going to see that HCL come out! I know the Kurds money is sitting in the bank.

FRANK: I agree. As you know … O wanted to go see Abadi and Abadi said no, I’ll see you in the middle of the month.

You know … let’s go back to the BLUE COUCH – because I think Abadi called O today … so they shut everything down … THIS IS A SERIOUS EVENT. The “EXPECTATION” is for it to be one-to-one.

They moved it up a week! Abadi is going there this week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) – an IMF report.  Article 8 status … and also about the report of the “meetings” with Dr. Shabibi. He’s a week ahead!!! J

FRANK: Abadi probably won’t even have time to see O. He’ll be busy. They all hate him [O]. They despise him. His own party is abandoning him because of what he is doing in Iran right now. It’s stupid.

TOPSHELF: You know Frank … that could just be the reason to get this “motivated” – [sufficient cover for RV?]

FRANK: Yeah … the catalyst!

TOPSHELF: How can they generate the CONFIDENCE globally? I know we’re all looking for change. If they bring about change … I’m all in again … as long as they’re doing what they are supposed to be doing. There has to be SECURITY and CHANGE.

FRANK: Hey … that spreadsheet … it’s like the pulse of the budget. 

We’ve been waiting for 9 things … and today everything came out … and now Abadi is coming over … and Dr. Shabibi’s picture coming out. Every time we see a movement in that spreadsheet … we see movement in the MR.

TOPSHELF: It’s already done! 

Let me say this in a politically correct way. 

This will be fun for everyone to watch!

We’re going to go from 131 lines … and it’s going to end up being 203 lines! Ok?

There’s a lot of information that is about to come out … even based on what they’re doing on the ISX.

I’m looking right now and I’m able to match things up from the reports over there onto the spreadsheets to other lines that I’m seeing.

When I go to “balance” it … in trying to assign a value to it … something changes. Because if you don’t change it … it’s an equation that works.

I used to think it was troubling because I saw it but at the time I wasn’t sure of it.

But as I go thru every single day, every single day of the report on the ISX … there are things that are not shown to the public that allows for a complete equation to be done. 

I’ve done it to do “off-sheet” pricing. I have quite a bit of knowledge in this arena with rates/values/ratios.

I wish I knew how to explain it on a phone call.

FRANK: every time a mathematical movement … and number that has moved … a column that has emptied or filled… every time you see that … it is a reflex action of the budget. That spreadsheet is the encoding of the funding of the budget.

TOPSHELF – That is perfect. There are about 80 lines of numbers that moved in the last 24 hours! It’s all going to come out!

You are going to see that “March 3rd will be the date his history that will show that they settled all disputes/security that everything fell into place. You soon will have the CONFIDENCE that you are looking for! We’re going to start seeing value added.

FRANK: You know I talked to Delta … and Delta’s team is telling Delta … “let go of the sucker bet sir!”  There is no way you’re going to see a 10, 20 to 30 cent rate. God only knows the rate … but we believe it is at least one-to-one or above!

TOPSHELF – there are 2 important lines now.

Yesterday I referred to one of them. Today there is another one and it’s north of that … based on calculations and value added. I’m going to watch that for all of us. I’ve got a feeling about it.

I feel good about a number that I see on a line and where’s it’s at … things look real positive! I appreciate you … your staff. It’s an honor to be with you.

FRANK: Delta will be with us tomorrow after our BioCell call. Delta will give a very specific update about the reporters and the GOICBI. Delta is ready to talk tomorrow!

Today … they finally spilled the beans on several issues (articles).

How’s that for a CC?!!!
