No meter reading required which is better and not open to problems of hefty outstanding bills. 

 

Over here the worst payers are the government departments on the proposed Iraq type system....they can't do work when they get shut off and then they run out of water, then the phones get cut off and still the workers want their pay!!

we have those over here too, normally if you dont pay your bills on time they (power company) will come out and install one of those meters, so if you dont put money on your meter card you get no power.
