 Stressed the parliamentary finance committee member Ahmed Sarhan, said on Monday that the implementation of the subject of staff advances and grades are the prerogative of the executive branch, indicating that the work these two things is possible now because of the lack of liquidity, which were affected by the case of austerity in the country.

He pointed out that Iraq complain now of a major financial crisis as a result of the deterioration of oil prices in world markets, adding that Iraq can not receive the amounts of oil exports, but after two months from the date of export and this affects course of the budget that is to say converted to US banks and then to Iraqi banks and this thing must be understood by the Iraqi people.

He added that the Iraqi government if it has the financial liquidity sufficient for the implementation of all the country's general budget items, and work on the exchange that serves the citizen Kasalaf and grades, and other things.

Mention, that the Ministry of Finance decided since 2008 and the bank by Rafidain and Rasheed, in coordination with the ministries and government departments, grant advances and loans to different staff, but the employee serving less than five years in accordance with the conditions and regulations specified for that, and that the loan does not exceed 50 million and an interest rate of 8% on the be paid within ten years.
