I got in expecting it to be done around 2014/15. Rebuilding a nation is not an overnight event. It may take longer than we like but you must admit as a veteran to this investment that more is happening now and faster than we have ever seen. I have read many of your posts and I don't believe for a minute in a glass is half empty philosophy here. As of late it's half full in Iraq. Rebuilding a nation is not an overnight event. It may take longer than we like but you must admit as a veteran to this investment that more is happening now and faster than we have ever seen.
