Planning agree with Japan to activate the joint memorandum of understanding

Ministry launched a planning project "Strengthening investments" aimed at achieving a quantum leap in growth rates, which fell due to recent security events with the quest to create jobs. 

This comes at a time when the ministry agreed with the Government of Japan to activate the memorandum of understanding includes a number of investment projects. 

The official ministry spokesman Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi said "morning": that the project "Strengthening the investment that has been done by a grant from the Italian government and with technical support from the International Organization for Industrial Development will work on the development of industrial zones in the the country in order to eliminate the high rates of unemployment and achieve a quantum leap in economic growth rates, which fell by entering "Daash" gangs in the country, which disrupted some vital projects. 

Hindawi pointed out that the project will develop industrial zones operating with the present being late and working traditional ways that do not keep pace with the evolution in global industries. 

He added that the focus will be on the activation of industries needed by the local market formula in line with the economic openness that aspire country's policy, pointing out that the ministry will submit the project to the Cabinet for approval and take for completing the legislative and executive measures to the vocabulary of the recommendations. 

He pointed out that The first operational step of the project will address the industrial zones law with the formation of a higher committee at the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, noting that he will self-financing system that does not cost the government money. 

The exodus recent result of terrorism, "Daash" caused a decline in growth rates and a rise in poverty and unemployment rates . 

In another matter, Hindawi revealed the agreement with the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to activate the memorandum of understanding between the two countries, which includes a number of important projects, adding that the process of joint cooperation between the two bus importance of activities, whether in training or implementation of projects.
