Last Thursday we posted that there was no “intel” … and that we would NOT see anything on Sunday March 8th.

What is the CBI and GOI doing?

They said they were going to start remittance. What happened?

Because they opened the budget is the reason why they had the funds.

We knew it was going to take a few weeks for them to show it to you.

Delta is having supper with 3 people and won’t be with us tonight. (wink, wink)

The budget is full of stars.

The funding is also full of stars.

The main thing that is being done this week are the bonds.

This GOI is being protected by “you-know-who” 

iTeam reports that … “the slate is clean!” (Meaning that they wiped the slate clean and started with new numbers)

GOI has never felt as if they wanted a low rate … but the CBI does.

Excitement was in the air for last Sunday … but no one was paid on Sunday.

The dinar prices have been raised 3 times in the last month because it’s getting harder and harder to get.

The central hubs are running out of currency.

The former minister of Electricity was jailed … corruption.

The Kurds are still in Baghdad. (Apparently the Peshmerga Army got paid because they went to Baghdad to get it).

In Jan/Feb … the Kurds fulfilled their part of the agreement and pumped the oil. They want their part of the budget.

No more excuses. No more talk. Just do it! … (and they are!)

CBI Currency Auctions STOPPED around the 29th of February.

How are they making money? (Selling bonds – which they have done for years)

Everyone is WAITING on the “new math”

Waiting for SECURITY in many forms.

How are the LAWS going? … (the highest form of SECURITY)???

What is the grand-daddy of all laws? (The HCL)

The HCL is in the budget … that’s why there was no remittance on Sunday.

Iraq News Article: stated that the Iraqi citizens would be getting funds (HCL)

Look at your notes from 4 years ago … where was the HCL? (In the top drawer of M’s desk --- ready to go as soon as they were).

The CBI knows that without auctions ... inflation is growing in Iraq … and the only way to combat that is to RAISE THEIR CURRENCY!

Remember Oct the 28th of last year? We all had high-hopes at that time. But we felt we needed to extend the time frame up to 3-14-15.

SECURITY … they are pounding the daylights out of “them” – herding them into one particular area. Cornered due to using new weapons. 4 days later … an article appeared. They are using new laser technology. Teams are running out of targets. (Hoorah!!!)

The USA is NOT leaving Iraq … (sorry “O”) … if anything … we’ll get bigger.

BTW – layaway prices for dinar are going up (with my broker).

The CBI wants the private sector to increase!

What was the contract rate at? (RUMOR … the contract were “rumored” to be written at $3.71 … so let’s just pretend it was $3.71 … IF … IF … IF … that was anywhere realistic … the spread would take it to $3.85 to $3.90)

We don’t know why the GOI and the CBI is doing it … but the MR is moving forward … in its natural sequences.

The GOI and the CBI are doing a wonderful job.

It’s not important of “who calls it” when the CBI currency changes.

Iraq is ready to show the world the VALUE of their currency! The rate MUST be worthy of what their country holds.

Kuwait was allowed to “float” afterwards.

They have learned a few things since Kuwait.

They want it to be a TRUE MARKET VALUE … based on their assets. Equal trade. Equal rights. It’s a big part of the project. This country deserves to start moving ahead and benefit from their assets.

I hope that BackDoc continues to post. His economic understanding as to what is going on is spectacular!
