They will start doing what? I think I see there is a notice on the front door there , but I can't quite make it out. Does it say RV on Sunday, cash out on Monday?

No, I think I can make it out after staring for a while... It says "RV Soon, cash out Soon thereafter..."  :confused2:

Thanks Yota

Does anyone know if the Central Bank deals directly with Citizens? Are these the customers they speak of here or are they talking about Banks when they speak of customers? I thought  the Central only  deals with Large companies, Banks, The Fed etc..

Can anyone walk into the Federal Reserve to make Bank transfers? I honestly don't know. Does anyone have any input on this.

Central Bank direct banking customers transfers execution beginning next Sunday

The Central Bank said banks perform transfers directly to customers starting next Sunday.

And the Central Bank said in a statement that "banks will implement the transfer of customers from Sunday 8/3/2015, after the completion of all the procedures and mechanisms of these banks."
