I read this at 3am this morning. My take at this time before I look again

Yes Brig General Mann spokesman for the Interior Ministry said ISIS did

have heavy loses in the Poultry area I remembered (chicken) area (al-Dawagen)

the federal police forces managed to liberate the area. The General added

the same force reached the outskirts of dour. Someone else said forces 2km from

Dour district of Tikrit dismantled booby -traps I think in tanks? Lord love a duck it

might be me (I no it's not) but your title does not apply. I just felt like chiming in

for laughs.
