Yes, here we have a $4.3 billion (5 trillion x .00086) Infrastructure Law.  When Maliki was in power, he tried to ram a $40 billion Infrastructure Law.  Hmmm, I wonder where the other $35+ billion was slated to go?  It was a good thing that Nujafi put the kibosh on that piece of corruption-riddled legislation.
