I'm no Guru...IMO HLC has nothing to do with the rate but has to do with oil production, distribution, oil export laws & above all profit sharing of the oil revenues to citizens.

 

IMO the budget has nothing to do with the rate. The RV is a separate function of it's own.

 

IMO ISX has nothing to do with the rate. Stocks will be adjusted after the event.

 

Duty on imports is also a separate event.

 

Only the CBI will change the rate when conditions are most favorable.

 

Yes, all these are good things that bring stability but are not related to the event.

With you and Reinman both doing the same thing it just gets ANNOYING!!!!! I don't need your help knowing what is a good rumor or bad rumor.. Because there is NO SUCH THING!! A rumor is a rumor. Post something that has good info in it. Nobody will bust your balls for that!!!!

 I agree to a degree. I think the majority of folks here at DV know that Guru's just talk Shiite. And by bringing over said Shiite we are just helping them perpetuate their crap. I also agree the rumor section is designed specifically for this crap. One has the right to enter & read, or avoid. Pretty simple really. Reinman & Luigi seem to have noble causes, my belief is, it is wasted here.

When can we expect the RV?

IMO...look at geopolitical events such as trade wars, currency wars, new economic blocs, uncontrollable or diverse swings in raw materials, oil, gold, silver, manufacturing, housing, commercial rental & other commodities.

 

In other words turmoil in global markets.

 

Instability may force some currencies to decouple from the Euro, BPS & USD.

 

There will not be a GCR but there may be adjustments in many currencies due to the above events. Many nations will be fighting for the trade advantage over other trading partners.

 

Look at nations with the potential to expand their economies in near future. Don't write off the USA. Our best days are yet to come.

 

The IQD may not be a RV but a RI to the old pre-Sadam (1950's) near $3.40 plus 20% for inflation per IMF guidelines.

 

Either way...RV or RI...we still reach our objectives.
