I get the dinar salesmen who claim secret sources, because that's impossible to debunk, other than their abysmal track records, but why would someone just make up budget numbers? It's so easy to prove wrong. Also, you have your numbers backwards, Luigi. If it's 3.4 dinars to the dollar, that's roughly 29 cents as a rate, not that it matters.
