MP for the coalition of state law, Abdul Ilah Naieli, on Thursday, the State of Law bloc will not vote on the budget for the year 2015 law in today's session, unless their proposal includes subjecting the oil export company SOMO.

Already there's been a postponement till 1pm... Some one's camel must be sick and they will probably have to postpone it another week at least ..

Most of the SOL that haven't been attending the session have no say anyway, they might go threw the process but the Vote don't count...here the Link...and one other thing on Kurds with the extra Oil...I think they  thought with the agreement on the 550,000 threw SOMO any extra didn't have to be pumped threw the pipe line example that tanker that heading back..well it's seem it gotta run threw the Pipe or at least threw SOMO....to be sold...
