" said Saman that "some of the Arab ministers in the Council of Ministers asked scrutiny and review the terms of the agreement between Baghdad and Erbil, while others demanded that shall be given to the Kurdistan dues according to the exported quantities of the total agreed upon, but the Minister of Kurds demanded not to take any decision in this regard only after Kurdistan respond to the request of the government to provide an explanation of its position in this regard. "

Much appreciated Yota,This article is making it sound like the Kurds are not doing there part, so how can they only be days away from the budget passing,if there not fulfilling the hca. Looks like there not as ready as we see it or want it too be, i hope i am wrong.

It does seem that way...Let's not forget they get a Percentage..so if they pump  395 000 barrels they get that %..of 395 000 barrels...

There's a reason why the kurds been fighting with baghdad fir the last 70 years
