Much appreciated Yota,This article is making it sound like the Kurds are not doing there part, so how can they only be days away from the budget passing,if there not fulfilling the hca. Looks like there not as ready as we see it or want it too be, i hope i am wrong.

It does seem that way...Let's not forget they get a Percentage..so if they pump  395 000 barrels they get that %..of 395 000 barrels...

It's the same problem they had with maliki

It's days away before they start painting abadi as the bad guy

There's a reason why the kurds been fighting with baghdad fir the last 70 years

Or, maybe Parliment is trying to rewrite the HCA in Abadi's absence and pass it as the new and improved HCL!
