BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - December 26 / December: the rule of law has ruled out the possibility of holding a conference for the year of parties and clans in the capital Baghdad, because it will affect the unified Iraqi position in the recipe.

Did the National "Reconciliation" Conference happen as scheduled yesterday (Saturday 12/27)??...the news thread has an article (12/24) outlining the objectives but I haven't seen any follow-up articles. did it happen?
