ISIS printing bills and minting coins?

I ran across this and wonder what impact it could have on the Dinars, RV or any rate increase at all. It seems ISIS want their money to be the only useful currency allowed to be used. It goes into something to do with the currency of the invaders possibly going back to the time of the Crusades.

 

I know I am short on posts but hopefully this will be up for some discussion by those in the know here.
