vomer , I think the dinar has  always been in the 8`s  or 9`s  number bracket  since I have been on this  ride ,  if it is adjusted in any up`s  or  down`s ,  it is the  values of the currency the dinar is stacked against ... {  against the dollar , if the dollar lowers for some reason , due to  a market change in the world of politics , then the dinar will go in an be adjusted  also  }

TOday it's USD 1200.5 IQD 0.0008329.  I guess it's the dollar moving in relation to the dinar.  Just seems more of it nowadays is all.
