IQD update

• Please do not call Frank with questions about what other websites are saying

• Frank called this special call based on the announcement made today by the CBI

• No one knows the date or rate

• In the 1990’s, the KWD was an example to the IQD in this millennium

• On Iraqia TV, the CBI announced the monetary reform is done and they are ready to release coins, complete with the Kurdish language; however there are still some things being done, the bank notes with the 3 zeros with the Kurdish language are being distributed

• In Frank’s opinion, the coins are utterly worthless at 1166, the only way they have value is if the rate is increased

• Frank and his teams believe we’ll only see 2 of the 7 coins released right away

• Article today from the CBI stating of the 5 trillion IQD printed, will see the rate increase and drawing in of the 3 zero notes, along with release of lower denom notes, and will take up to 5 years to accomplish

• Do not confuse the removal of the 3 zeros from the CURRENCY with removing the 3 zeros from the VALUE of the IQD; it will not take 5 years to lift the VALUE, they will take 5 years to lift the 3 zeros from the CURRENCY; the rate must increase

• the citizens of Iraq did not go to the bank and open accounts and change to the Qi card as hoped, so the education of the people is needed, causing the extension from 2 to 5 years of the lifting of the 3 zeroes from the CURRENCY

• Delta reported on the information from the CBI which was announced on Iraqia TV; read in Arabic first, and then translated that the CBI is about to introduce the coins, there are 7 coins, and likely the 1 and 2 dinar coins will come out first; Delta’s opinion is that the CBI will gradually roll out the coins as the rate increases

• On Iraqia TV, the CBI said they are ready to delete the 3 zeros; the coins are at banks ready for release; the 5 trillion in new notes with the Kurdish language are ready for distribution

• Delta reported that bank employees stopped receiving payment recently because of lack of liquidity – no cash to pay them because the CBI has been doing such a great job of pulling in notes

• Delta emphasized that it will not take 5 years to raise the VALUE, they will take 5 years to pull in the 3 zero CURRENCY; it will still be legal tender, but will be phased out, replaced with the lower denoms as the rate increases

• In Delta’s opinion, the rate needs to be on par or higher than Saudi Arabia’s riyal (SAR), and it’s possible, in Delta’s opinion, to see the rate come out at any time

• Delta said looking at the ISX, they have changed to Xstream, yet as of today they are not trading internationally; however, as of Oct 24, the Arab Federation of Exchange does have the ISX and IQD appearing for the first time – with no rate; everyone is waiting for the rate

• In Delta’s opinion, the rate has to change before any implementation of their plans

• Representative of the finance committee related that the rate will increase gradually so as not to confuse the Iraqi citizens

• Frank then reported on the USD, the UST announced on Fox News that they will no longer be buying bonds and will stop printing money (quantitative easing), and when asked why, the UST stated that it’s because our economy is improving; Really?? we all know our economy is not vibrant and robust, so what else is changing? The same thing happened in the 1990’s with the KWD and the balancing of the US budget gradually over 3 years

• Delta’s opinion is that the rate will come out around $0.25 - $0.35 and gradually increase;

Frank’s opinion is that it will come out at 1:1, and we have seen the 0.86 rate being held as a test; when the dollar goes down, gold goes up, yet we are seeing the opposite; gas prices are down as well, manipulating the value of the USD and the US economy

• The increase of the rate may be gradual over a couple of years, and when the float hits a couple of dollars, the rate can take a larger increase

• In Frank’s opinion, the rate was released on Sunday as an algorithm, and the evidence is that the Qi card has been used in Iraq

• Frank gave I Team’s report: “same old, same old” news – what is the same news for the last 3 weeks? October is the month per the plan…. If it is not October

• I Team’s last comment is that Iraq will say something, then they will contradict themselves

• Delta reiterated that the CBI is saying they are ready to go now, not a year or two years from now; no matter the rate that it comes out at, it will increase rapidly

• Frank reiterated that only 10% of Iraq’s oil has been surveyed, their economy is about to explode

• In Delta’s opinion, the rate will really increase quickly, within months possibly, and the lower denom coins will roll out in conjunction with the lifting of the 3 zeros – this means the VALUE must increase

• Frank ended the call with prayer and Andy lifted the prayer with the shofar horn blast

Well I will take that.... as long as it can be "phased out" and still be legal tender is what I like to hear...... just like if someone in the US had a 10,000 bill it would still be considered legal tender (right   )  cash in the 25k and save the 10k for a rainy day (when the rate goes higher)
