Wow Yota, great articles. I was confused about the meaning of "batch" at first, thinking perhaps it was documents or reports. But based on the other posts it indicates it is a batch of money, or funds to be used to pay salaries. Sounds fabulous. They are getting on top of things. Love to hear they are still moving forward. Thank you for the posts.

Abadi is indeed the best canidate for this position as he can "sum it up and act on it" like no other I've seen in Iraq. This is massively huge as it speaks volumes as to Abadi's priorities. I don't see how he could have even done this without a good grip on the actual finances of the country (a budget in place!)
