I GUESS THE REPORTERS AND POLITICIANS TOOK JUBOURI AT HIS WORD WHEN HE PUT HIS FOOT DOWN ON SUNDAY

AND WARNED POLITICIANS TO NOT BE TALKING AND SAYING THINGS TO THE PRESS THAT WAS NOT FACTUAL OR WAS IN ANY WAY MISLEADING FOR THEIR OWN POLITICAL GAIN.

THINGS HAVE BEEN MUCH QUIETER SINCE THAT WARNING.

IF THEY DID THAT THEN INVESTING IN THE DINAR WOULD NO LONGER BE SPECULATIVE WOULD IT?

IT WOULD ALLOW BROKERAGE HOUSES TO BUY AND HOLD FOR WHAT 1 YEAR 2 YEARS,

I MEAN IF THE CENTRAL BANK SAYS WE ARE CHANGING VALUE AND DROPPING ZERO’S OR HOWEVER YOU PHRASE IT THAT IS AN ADMISSION OF CHANGE OF VALUE FOR THE DINAR RIGHT?

WELL NO NO NO NO! WRONG!

WHEN WE GO TO EXCHANGE WHAT THEY DO WITH THEIR CURRENCY COLOR OR PAPER OR NUMBERS DOES NOT AFFECT US.

THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATE OF THE DINAR TO THE DOLLAR IS WHAT AFFECTS US.

AND RIGHT NOW WE ARE STILL ON THE TIME FRAME OF THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

WE FEEL IN OUR OPINION THAT IF WE DO NOT SEE ISX COME BACK UP ON SUNDAY WE WILL SEE IT COME BACK UP INTERNATIONALLY SOON AFTER THAT.

WE ALSO FEEL WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE DATE IN THE WRONG PLACE.

IN OUR OPINION THE IRAQI DINAR HAS MUCH TO DO WITH KUWAIT.
