WHAT’S HAPPENING AROUND IRAQ, HERE IS QUICK COMPILATION OF THINGS POINTING TO LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL STATUS AND SOME OF THE PROGRESS THAT IS BEING MADE.

WE AGREE WITH YOU SAGER ABOUT THE LAWS AND THE CONSTITUTION AND THE 3 PRESIDENTS WORKING HARD AS CAN BE ON THIS. QUESTION IS CAN THEY FINISH THIS BEFORE THE 26TH?

DO THEY NEED TO FINISH THIS BY THE 26TH? HAVE THEY DONE ENOUGH SO FAR TO LET THEM PROGRESS WITH AN UNDERSTANDING THAT THESE LAST LAWS ARE STARTED AND COMING?

WELL WE WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT TO FIND OUT. BUT WE STAND BY THE TIME LINE WITH FRANK AND SAGER.

Experts recommended at a seminar hosted by the Institute of extensive economic progress of the development policies need to develop the Iraqi banking sector by reforming the role of state-owned banks and to promote the values of justice and equality among all .

Said an economist and president of the Institute for the progress of development policies d. Mehdi al-Hafez occur at the beginning of the seminar about the existence of an essential link between the financial systems of sound developed and economic development, stressing that the experiences of countries with financial systems developed to grow at a faster pace and achieved great achievements in the fields of economy, considering the commitment to allocate financial resources from foundations to increase productivity and promote economic development and support for equality of opportunity and reduce poverty.

He pointed out that Hafiz financial experience in Iraq needs to review constructive considering the financial system in the country is advanced and plays a limited role in financial intermediation.

THIS WAS A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF THE ECONOMIC REFORM AND WELL UNDERWAY…..GOOD NEWS HERE

APPARENTLY THE CBI HAS BEEN READY SINCE 2013 FOR THE MONETARY REFORM AND NOW THEY NEED THE GOI TO CATCH UP. ONE OF THE OBSTACLES THEY FEARED WITH THE 000 NOTES WAS COUNTERFEITING, WELL SEEMS THE LAST 2 WEEKS THEY SOLVED A PART OF THAT PROBLEM BY RELEASING THE NEW IMPROVED SAFER NOTES, WOULDN’T YOU AGREE.

WELL THAT MAKES SENSE BECAUSE AT THIS POINT WE KNOW 2014 IS OPERSTIONAL BUDGET ONLY AND MOST OF IT IS DESIGNATED FOR THE MINISTRY OF DEFENSE.

THERE ARE A FEW LAWS THAT NEEDED MENDING BUT THEY HAVE BEEN OR ARE BEING ADDRESSED, THE PLATFORMS TO HANDLE TRANSACTIONS ARE READY,

WE KNOW THE PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE IS HOSTING THE GOVERNOR OF THE CBI TO LOOK AT REMOVING ANY FURTHER OBSTACLES.

FAMILY WHAT ON EARTH CAN BE LEFT?

OH YEA RIGHT OIL AND GAS RIGHT..WELL I FOUND SOME WONDERFUL STUFF ON THAT TODAY AND WILL BE BACK TO SHARE THAT NEXT.

WHAT ELSE OH YEA THE DANG MINISTERS, WELL THEY HAVE SAID THEY WILL BE SHOWING THEM TOMORROW, IMO UNLESS THEY ARE GOING TO SHOW EVERYTHING ELSE WE WILL BE WAITING A BIT LONGER FOR THEM,

WE HAVE SEEN THE BUDGET IS OPERATIONAL ONLY WITH THE MAJORITY GOING TO THE DEFENSE MINISTRY RIGHT, SO WHY NEED A MINISTER NOW IF HE HAS NO MONEY TO MINISTER WITH? BE PATIENT WE FEEL THEY ARE COMING SOON.

FRANK GAVE A TIME LINE ON WED, WE THINK IT WAS ACCURATE AND BESIDE WE STILL HAVE UNTIL UNTIL THE 26TH FOR THE ISX AND THE CBI GOVERNOR HAS TO STILL MEET WITH THE PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE.
