It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
132.jpg
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB  ***(verify from a consultant)***, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days) ***(verify from a consultant)***
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily.
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times. It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.
This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain…
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this ‘sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks:
· Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
· Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
· You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
· Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
· 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
· Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive. A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to everyone they know, you can be sure that we’ll save at least one life.

Good post. I learnt this as a child living in the islands. It is common knowledge amongst Asian folk (hence a folk remedy). I continue to do this to this day, however, I boil ginger the night before, add a sprits of lime and stevia to make be tasty and not to strong for my son also and enjoy a pretty tasty morning "water". Stimulates appetite, settles the stomach, effective for gastritis and bowel conditions, good for joint pains (you guys who are getting old like me), and is even good for headaches.

Don't know about some the these listed conditions being "cured", but the basic idea of good and solid. Dehydration is the cause of many problems I see in the clinic. DRINK WATER! Dunno, just saying....To your health

I have always heard since I was a kid that drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water per day was not only a good thing, but would help to cleanse your internal organs. Even though I lived on a dairy farm, I drank more water than milk. The colder the water the better. As I have gotten older I have found for myself that a bottle of water placed in the freezer till it formed ice was so much better than room temperature water. I believe ice cold water taste better going down than warmer water.

Not to get off subject, but I drank a lot of milk as a kid on the farm often drinking it from the bulk tank in the unpasteurized state. They say it is good for your bones, which after all this time I believe it has great benifits. Now I drink 2% milk and except for my back injury from the service my bones are rather strong for my young age of 61. I see slot of older women walking with hunched over backs and have learned it stems from a lack calcium that you can get from milk. This is a good point for you younger ladies out there.

I really believe in the benifits of cold water and milk.

Actually, cold water is NOT drunk much here. Most Asian know cold water is bad for digestion. Room temp or slightly warm water is the KEY. Milk in RAW form is GREAT. I drink raw, unpasteurized milk all the time. Make yogurts from it, ect. Great medicine and health food. Lucky you had it so much as a child.

Another thing Japanese people love to do is visit the local ONSEN or hot springs. Very relaxing, detoxing, immune stimulating, ect. I am fortunate that I live very close to a few hot springs. We've even got a hot springs waterfall about 1 hour away. Spend the weekend there, just relaxing in the warm water, while my feet were in the cold water of the river it falls into to. Really pleasant. Cheer and too your health.....

A doctor friend of mine often told patients with a variety of complaints, "You're not sick, you're thirsty."

Here's an interesting read about that -

And I'll throw this one in too - a new study

What is the spread between your actual age and the one you get people to believe?

  • 3 weeks later...

I used to do only two glasses a day before eating and I remember it making a difference. I never tried 4. That is a LOT, but considering all of the benefits, I will have to try this. Thank you for sharing.

4 X 160 = 21 oz of water - about 1 1/2 standard water bottles. That's what I do - I have a 20 oz water bottle I put on my nightstand the night before. I have an activated charcoal filter on my well. About as good a water as your gonna get.

LOL @gymrat; I can't get into coffee like that unless it's Starbucks (I know, it's "not true coffee" but they put something in there that keeps me hooked during the cold winters).

and Tankdude, that's awesome. Since my post above, I've been downing 1Liter upon waking up. I recycle the 1L Smart Water bottle by using the filtered water from the fridge, squeeze one lemon + pulp in it and just a dab of agave nectar. So far the new habit is still in tact. Good stuff. Looking 5 yrs younger already lol
