Hotcurl
Isn't the distribution of money to the citizens, from the proceeds of the oil sales, part of article 140 and or the HCL ?? SocalDinar
Isn't the distribution of money to the citizens, from the proceeds of the oil sales, part of article 140 and or the HCL ?? I could be wrong and will admit it if so. It was written into the budget in 2012 and 2013 . The ration cards were funded by this money. I'm thinking Maliki pocketed the rest Thanks Thug Edited September 30, 2014 by SocalDinar

mrparrot
Ok, you're right, but I was referring to the general concept of the government giving free money to the people. Yes, Kuwait, Iraq, and other oil-producing countries can afford to do it. The US can't, but continues to do so because the useless politicians don't have the skills to do anything else except sit on their fat asses and collect paychecks for doing either nothing or screwing the people a little more each day. Anyone want to join me in starting a new challenge for our elected officials...?
