With all the money floating around Middle Eastern countries; put a bounty of every member of ISIS - dead or alive!

 

Put your money where your mouth is - too many countries have stated that they are against ISIS but contribute nothing to defeating them!

this isn`t  as easy as one  would  think ,   these  guys  are  operating like  the  old  mobsters  ,and  moonshiners  of  the  early  history of  the  u.s.  and  probably  like  the   mobsters of other  nations,  the  best way I would have to guess is like  gym rat  had put it -------  place a reward  for  information on  who these  guys are  and  do not  give  them shelter  .............    I would  imagine  a lot of the  front liner  thugs would be  rid of  fast ,  but also ,  innocent folks , but  the main idea would still roll on ,   push  these  thugs  to  out land areas  and  air support  will knock out  the rest  ,,, in  time
