X52hz4.jpgBAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN  ) confirmed member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary Awad al-Awadi, that the decline in the price of a barrel of oil to $ 95 does not worry Iraq because it within the limits of the budget, as well as that country's product on an ongoing basis.

 

He said Al-Awadi's ( IMN ), said that "what we are concerned the lack of exports, but the oil ministry assured the existence of a plan regarding the success of the export process," explaining that "the 2014 budget was built on the $ 90."

 

Al-Awadi pointed out that "the decline in oil exports caused by the non-payment of the province and imports, as well as terrorist acts carried out by terrorist gangs Daash in northern cities." He called for "pressure on the ports of the south to increase exports."

 

The total Iraqi oil exports for the month of August last (73.600) barrels by (7.172) billion dollars, according to a report to the Ministry of Oil transparency.

They consider 95 bucks a barrel low? :o

Yeah. That's because they based their 2014 budget on $90 per barrel. I trued to find the article stating that it was speculated that they based some financial on a $1.16 rate, but since I can't find that link, I have to say it is speculative.
