Abdul Wahid said, "There are disagreements about some of the ministries among the political blocs in the event of failure to reach an agreement around within the constitutional period of the announcement of the government will be forwarded to other undersecretary ministers till they agree on them.

I'm not necessarily a TLAR fan nor am I sticking up for him, but I thought this particular guru was refering to the "last email message" sent to his devotees prior to an RV.  Seeing as how posting "BS" on a forum is not the same as sending "BS" via email, it would seem TLAR has kept his word (regarding his final email message) - unless he sent another email that we don't know about.
