~ an official 'source' ~

But if this is true, it is nothing more than a desperate attempt to disqualify shab for any possibility of being chosen by Abadi as CBI Governor.

Assuming, all this was done according to the rule of law, shab still have 2 months to appeal on the decision ~ *according to CBI Law.

No way this is true, we would have herd of the court case going on long before the verdict. There still seams to be Maliki propaganda spewing out of Iraq and i hope they stop it soon.

We really need to stop jumping in with both feet and believing crap like this without checking.
