Washington denies the confiscation of a crude oil shipment from Kurdistan , renewing rejection of sale Iraqi oil without Baghdad’s approval.

Washington / Nina /-- U.S. denied confiscating the shipment of crude oil exported from Kurdistan region which currently near Texas coast and said the shipment is not currently under the jurisdiction power of the U.S. government .

State Department spokeswoman Jane Bsaki said in a press statement today : "Oil tanker docked off Texas coast noting that according to the current location of the shipment is not subjected to U.S. jurisdiction, but when the oil tanker enter the US geographical area then will be subjected to U.S. jurisdiction . / End
