The more Dinar in Circulation the less the Value.

Was speaking to someone who was explaining that the longer the RV is put off the lower the value will be because the more the RV is in circulation the less value it will have. So if there were millions of circulated RV it would have more market value than if trillions of RV were on the street.

Time has nothing to do with the amount in circulation.  They already know what is out and there is always a certain amount that they need for daily business and life.  If anything there would be less Dinar as due to damage to the bills.  We have all read in the past that the current Iraqi money is tattered and torn and in short supply.  I have not seen any articles that say new money has been printed AND in use.  Everyone says new has been printed but no one has even seen a picture of one that is in circulation.  I believe that the concern with the amount that is in current circulation has been dealt with long ago by the IMF, CBI, etc.. it's not a situation that changes daily.  Most purchase of Dinar by people like us is from people like us who gave up and it's back on the market.
