you have said in the pass that the CBI is the only one that can rv. Cbi has stated  that despite all the problems that IRAQI has that the dinar is still strong. So can't the CBI rv without parliament or a pm?

Adam. With Ramadon almost over, do you believe we will start to see a lot of activity leading to an R/V? Or do you think that we still have a lot of political manuvering to go through? I sure hope that they will put on the "big boy" pants and join the rest of planet earth.
