Carrying the head of the Civil Alliance Mithal al-Alusi, the outgoing government and the House of Representatives responsible for the failure in the previous two files security and political situation of the country, noting that he would resign from Parliament in case of survival of Nuri al-Maliki as prime minister.

The Alusi said in a televised interview, seen by the Agency for News News (et) that  Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and former House of Representatives and the parties which nominated their ministers and their officials in the outgoing government, are responsible for the failure happening in all vital sectors of the country including the two files security and political.

He said Iraq needs a national figure capable of running the state and deal with all citizens equality, stressing that he would resign in case of survival of Nuri al-Maliki as prime minister because al-Maliki has failed to manage the security file and the political and economic (to him), noting that  the Iraqi state must be built on the basis of citizenship, human rights and women's rights and freedom of opinion and expression with the need for separation of powers.

He pointed out that his bloc had no intention to be part of an employee in the next government, but it would only in the House of Representatives only, indicating that when the coalition of civil three deputies and another deputy of Dohuk will join also in alliance, as well as 11 deputies from other blocs agreed that they with the Civil Alliance in passing laws and selection of candidate personalities.
