Sarah Palin Schools ‘Incompetent’ Eric Holder On ‘Disgusting’ Racism Charge

Sarah Palin Schools ‘Incompetent’ Eric Holder On ‘Disgusting’ Racism Charge

Tea Party favorite Sarah Palin fired back at Attorney General Eric Holder’s racially-charged criticism of conservatives the best way she knows how, labeling Holder as “incompetent” and saying she doesn’t need lectures from him.

Last week, Holder said during an interview that:

Holder took his comments further and directed them at Palin, saying she “wasn’t a particularly good vice presidential candidate,” and that “she’s an even worse judge of who ought to be impeached and why.”

“There’s a certain level of vehemence, it seems to me, that’s directed at me [and] directed at the president. You know, people talking about taking their country back. … There’s a certain racial component to this for some people. I don’t think this is the thing that is a main driver, but for some there’s a racial animus.”

Never one to back down, Palin took on the task of responding to Holder’s charge while she wasspeaking to attendees at the Western Conservative Conference in Denver, CO.

“I don’t need lectures from Eric Holder, a guy – get this – so incompetent that he denied voter fraud existed even after someone claimed that they were Eric Holder and they got his ballot and they voted in D.C.,” Palin enthusiastically proclaimed.

She pointed out that “not many cabinet members in U.S. history have been held in contempt of Congress,” and said that Holder’s allegations of racism are a “disgusting, false charge.”

There’s no doubt that the left often plays the race card to defend the actions of Holder and Obama, claiming that criticism against them is illegitimate because it’s racially motivated, which couldn’t be further from the truth.

“Try to get it,” Palin said. “Illegal immigration hurts all Americans — all races and backgrounds.”

This is a movie trailer and was nothing but a Hit Piece against Sarah Palin. If umbertino would get off the communist and socialist sites he might actually find out the truth about Sarah Palin.

This is the second time he has posted this clip - post it again and it will be considered spamming the forum!

Shabs give us an example of why the following is so true:  "Just because you believe something is factual doesn't make it factual.  And just because you believe something is false doesn't make it false."

Oh, and that applies to Liberals as well as Conservatives....and to all of those who are politically correct.

Okay.  Here's my example:   I believe you are a very intelligent person Big Newby.....and I base this off of your posts over the past months.  I believe I am correct in my assessment.....but, who am I to judge?  For it's just my point of view, much the same way I came to my conclusions of Sarah Palin.  It's just my opinion....nothing more.   :peace:

Sarah Palin is a true American......just not a very bright one.     And that's okay......I have always commended her for being herself.  It's truly refreshing   :)

Really?  And who do you consider bright women? Polosie? Wasserman Shultz? Lois Lerner? Kathleen Sebelius?  Oh and let me just add my latest to that list Hillarious Clinton.  I'm sure if Palin was a Democrat you would be just fine with her. At least you can trust what comes out of her mouth to be true.

She is bright enough to have been elected mayor of her town twice, governor of Alaska, and chosen as the VP candidate in 2008. On what do you base your knowledge of her intelligence - left wing garbage from liberals or perhaps the Tina Fey skits. You really should get to know someone before you JUDGE their intelligence. In my meetings and conversations with her she was very knowledgeable of our country, our constitution and our plight. So why don't you go meet her personally and then decide.

Wasilla City Council 1992-1996

 • Sarah Palin’s political career began in 1992 at the age of 28 when she was elected to the Wasilla city council. Sarah Palin defeated John Hatrick 63% to 37% to secure the victory of her first political office.

 • Sarah Palin won re-election for her second term by defeating R’nita Rogers 69% to 31% in 1995. Palin served out her second term until being elected  mayor of Wasilla in 1996.

Sarah Palin: “As a council member, I focused on what I believed to be the key functions of local government: infrastructure development, fiscal responsibility, and simply being on the side of the people. At the time, I thought the issues we were tackling in our small town were the political be-all and end-all. And in some ways they were. It’s a serious responsibility to be elected and make decisions about how to spend other people’s money. As much as any policy that rolls down from Capitol Hill and state houses, the policies coming out of City Hall hit people in their pocketbooks and at their kitchen tables.”

Mayor of Wasilla 1996-2002

 • Sarah Palin ran for mayor of Wasilla in 1996 after being elected to two terms on the Wasilla city council. Palin cited her reason to run for mayor as a way to effect greater change than she could on the city council.
 • Sarah Palin defeated incumbent mayor John Stien 59% to 40% in 1995 on a platform of stopping wasteful spending and lowering taxes to become mayor of Wasilla.

 • Sarah Palin won re-election against John Stien again in 1999 75% to 24% for her second three year term as mayor which ended in 2002.

Sarah Palin: “In my first mayoral campaign in 1996, I promised new energy and an end to politics-as-usual. I raised some eyebrows by promising to cut property taxes. I also promised to take a pay cut. It would be a money-where-your-mouth-is move. If I was going to run as a budget cutter, I figured the cutting had to start with me. Plus, as a council member I had just voted against a mayoral pay raise, and it would be hypocritical to conveniently forget that vote if elected mayor.

I won by a handy margin, so I knew the voters were mandating “No more politics-as-usual.”

The city councilor who had originally recruited me to serve on the council, confronted me personally to announce that he intended to make my life difficult. He launched a recall effort. Within days, he and his cronies began holding public meetings, drafting a petition that said I was too inexperienced to do the job. When I cut my own pay, as I’d promised to do, they accused me of trying to shoehorn myself into a lower tax bracket”.

Alaska Oil & Gas Conservation Commission 2003-2004

 • After finishing second in a five candidate Republican primary for lieutenant governor in 2002 Sarah Palin was appointed to the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Comission in 2003 by former senator and newly elected Governor Frank Murkowski. Palin was named chair and ethics supervisor of the commision.

 • Sarah Palin resigned in 2004 when she felt she was being silenced after she went public with the widespread corruption that was happening among commission members. Palin felt she needed to be free to expose the unethical behaviour of felow commission members. Palin did just this and as a result some of the guilty were fined and forced to resign.

Sarah Palin: “AOGCC functions include maximizing oil and gas recovery, minimizing waste, approving oil pool development rules, and maintaining state production records. The commission also lends a hand in protecting the environment from contamination during drilling and also ensures environmental compliance in production, metering, and well abandomnent activities, so federal agencies like the EPA as well as private interests and environmental groups have key interests in the commission’s activities. In my view, the nation deserved an agency that was a fair impartial body with the bests interests of Alaskans and the country in mind”.

Governor of Alaska 2006-2009

 • In 2006 Sarah Palin defeated incumbment Governor Frank Murkowski in the Republican gubernatorial primary. Sarah Palin was elected governor of Alaska in 2006 after defeating former Governor Tony Knowles 48% to 41%. Palin became the first female governor of the state of Alaska as well as the youngest at the age of 42.

 • Sarah Palin had championed ethics reform throughout the campaign. Palin’s first legislative action after taking office was to push for a bipartisan ethics reform bill. She signed the resulting legislation in July 2007, calling it a “first step” declaring that she remains determined to clean up Alaska politics.

Sarah Palin: “[in my 2006 gubernatorial primary], we promised to shine a bright spotlight on ethics reform and to clean up the favor factory known as the Capitol building. An undercover FBI investigation of the Alaska state legislature was bubbling to the surface at the offices of state legislators – five Republicans and one Democrat. It turned out that the Feds had been investigating links between some lawmakers and Veco Corporation, the oil field service giant. The warrants authorized agents to search computer filed personal communications, and official reports, as well as any items emblazoned with the phrase “Corrupt Bastards Club,” or “CBC.”

The CBC had started as a barroom joke. The name stuck – and some of the lawmakers thought it was so funny they had hats printed up that said “CBC.” It wasn’t so funny after the Feds showed up. We were going to change that. I made it clear to voters that I would base my decisions on principle and sound ideas, not cronyism or political expediency”.

I'm not very impressed with any of them on your list.......and just like Sarah Palin, I have come to my conclusions through reading and the media, INCLUDING Fox News.  I am curious what you would think of Sarah Palin, if she were a Democrat.  As for TG's response.....she makes no bones about her thoughts on Republican women.  It's her right......same as mine.    ;)  Rob Ford, Marion Berry, Bill Clinton, just to name a few.....all managed to get elected to their respective posts, as well.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion...

I personally don't care for any politician and Sarah Palin is no different just because she declares herself a tea-partier.

As for her being herself and being intelligent... Well, if you call all the plastic surgery she has had to obviously make changes to herself that she was not happy with, then I guess... Also, anyone who knows anything about tv/media/movies knows that it is all scripted and yes, I am talking about her "reality" tv show, so no, I don't agree that she is showing us her real self.

I don't know the woman personally and I'd say that most don't with the exception of her inner-circle, so you can't say you really know someone just by talking to them on a few occasions (don't be mad at me TG). All politicians put on a front to get what they want! She obviously want's attention which doesn't make her a horrible person by any means and she has made many statements that I agree with so, I am not basing my opinion on just the negatives, but come on! Anyone who can read can sound great with a decent speech writer and coaching... I mean just look at our very own Barak Obama ! So, yeah, I am not impressed with any of them... and I certainly do not put my trust or faith in them.

Do you have any documented evidence that Sarah Palin has had a facelift or plastic surgery? I would bet not since this is just another garbage rumor put out by the liberals to try to discredit her. They just cannot stand it that she is a good looking woman.

So you and gymnrat76541 think it's okay to judge someone based on their looks and their accent. Wow - prejudiced much!!

Since our entire government is run by politicians, how do you determine who you are going to vote for or do you just pick one since they are all the same.  That is why our country is in the mess it is in right now - people just pick the name they are most familiar with - meaning advanced by the media. If that is your attitude, do you even go to the polls and vote or do you just sit back and complain about everything that happens.

Palin By The Numbers
People say many things that are subject to interpretation. However its hard to mislead when it comes to reporting actual numbers. Consider the picture of Sarah Palin that these numbers paint.

$100,000.00 – fee charged by Palin for giving a speech after resigning as Governor.

$150,000.00 – amount RNC paid for clothes for the Palins.

$250,000.00 – amount Discovery Channel paid Sarah Palin for each of 8 episodes of Sarah Palin’s Alaska.

$888,000.00 – amount of a tax credit paid by Alaska tax payers to TLC as a result of wages paid to Sarah Palin for starring in Sarah Palin’s Alaska.

$5,500,000.00 – amount of federally funded earmarks Wasilla received while Palin was Mayor.

$35,000.00 -  amount Palin paid per year for the lobbyist hired by Palin while mayor of Wasilla to obtain earmarks.

$26,000,000.000 – amount of federal tax dollars spent by Palin on the “Road to Nowhere”, a road leading to the edge of a cliff where the bridge was originally intended to be built, but was canceled before construction of the road was started. According to the Alaska Transportation Priorities Project, a group promoting “sensible transportation systems in the state,” the “Road to Nowhere” was an “irresponsible waste.”

road-to-nowhere1.jpg?w=260&h=190

$27,000,000.00 – amount of federal earmarks Palin secured with the help of her hired lobbyist for Wasilla’a town of 6,700 residents.

$197,800,000.00 – amount requested in earmarks for Alaska while Palin was Governor; a total of 31 earmarks representing more per person than any other state in the United States.

$233,000,000.00 – amount requested by Palin for the “Bridge to Nowhere”.

palin-bridge-shirt.jpg?w=275&h=200

$3,000.00 – amount of debt incurred by each resident of Wasilla  during the time Palin was mayor.

$50,000.00 – amount of city funds Palin used without authorization to redecorate Mayor’s office in Wasilla, including red wallpaper that made it look “like a bordello” according to Wasilla City Council member.

$1,200,000.00 – amount of debt of Wasilla had when Palin began as mayor.

$24, 800,000.00 – amount of debt of Wasilla  had when Palin left as mayor.

Well Maggie123 I can certainly see your alternative media sources from your post. However, it would have been much more honest to have also included the hidden information too. I am not going to take my time to go through each one you linked, but I would suggest to others that they do read the articles. Even the ones that appear to slam Palin actually don't place all the guilt/blame on her. Of course, articles from banned site link - malware reported.org and salon.com are totally discredited as they are left wing liberal sites and have no intention of ever telling the truth about any conservative.

As far as the money Sarah Palin has made since she left office, really you have a problem with people being successful. At least her books sell, which is why the publishers give her a nice advance - unlike Hillarious Clinton who received $14M for her latest which has sold less than 200k copies.

And do you not think the people of Alaska have benefited from the tourism created from the Alaska series and Sarah's "celebrity" status.

Anyway, you can believe what ever you wish - you and I will never agree on anything so it is pointless to respond to each other. As a matter of fact, if I were not a mod on this site, I would have you on ignore. Why don't you put me on ignore and then we can go about our business without conflict.

TG,

Sorry you took offense to my opinion but, I am just being honest and I am not judging her based on her looks or her accent. I did point out that I agree with some of the things she has SAID, etc. I just made the point that she is FAKE just like all the rest of the politicians... and of course I don't have documents stating that she has had cosmetic surgery... That's just silly. She was a beauty queen. I believe in the 80's she was a runner up in a major pageant and she according to society is an attractive woman and I have no problem with that. She also has 5 children and is pushing 50 and I know people in the cosmetic surgery field so, I am not ignorant to what takes place and how people are who are in the spotlight.

I DO NOT vote period because I learned a long time ago that the whole voting system is rigged and if that was not made more obvious then when Bush Jr. got into office not once, but twice, then I don't know what else to say. Doesn't matter who you or I vote for. They have already made that decision for us long before the votes are ever taken. This whole stage play every four years of democrats against republicans, etc. is just that! Meant to create the illusion that WE THE PEOPLE really have a choice, a say, or matter at all... They are just two sides to the same coin and until people wake up and realize that this sick political/religious agenda is what they use to control our world then it will not change in any way. This is the real reason things are the way they are... because the elite/mega rich/politicians/satanic followers of the world have pulled a slick one and people would rather ignore it or misplace the blame so that they don't have to face the fact that they were duped.

I appreciate you very much TG and I am aware that you are a Sarah Palin supporter and I am fine with that lol... I mean no disrespect to you or your opinions so, as I said before, PLEASE don't be mad at me for expressing mine.

Blessings and love to you in Christ our Lord.

Can one be a true Democrat and a true Christian?

Democrats are fond of a few positions concerning religion. They like to claim that there is no way for politics and religion to mix unless it mixes in a church full of  Democrat supporters. Another favorite line is that anyone who points to Democratic attacks on religion is either unqualified to do so or a wild-eyed Evangelical bible-thumper.

As a life-long Christian, I am qualified to point to the Democrats and challenge their Christianity. Democrats: get over yourself about this.

Democrats use their surrogates in the ACLU to attack religion (except Islam, which they are too frightened of to go after) in general and Christianity in particular.

It was Democrats who passed Obamacare, and it is Democrats who are using it to bludgeon Christians into changing our principles to suit Democrat principles. No other political Party has ever assaulted religious freedom as Democrats are doing today.

Democrats include those who worship “Mother Earth” and prefer “GOV” over GOD every time. Christians do not.

Find a true believer in the Democrat Party, and you’ll find a person not concerned about “Honoring Thy Father and Thy Mother.” Democrats are intent on tearing down everything preceding generations have done and stand for. That’s because they constantly appeal to ignorant children who think history started the day they turned ten. What is Christian about organized disrespect for tradition and the ways of life that have made America great?

Democrats’ love of death – killing innocent babies- is an essential secular sacrament for these people.  Belief in abortion from the morning after pill to Barack Obama’s idea to let miracle abortion survivors die on stainless steal tables is required to be a good Democrat.  The thought of such thing revolts Christians.

Lying about EVERYTHING they wish to do to our country is part of being a good Democrat. Democrats cannot tell the truth about their socialist plans for us because they know they would never be elected if they did. Being a liar is a requirement for being a good Democrat, but it makes you a bad Christian.

Coveting the goods of others is a lynch pin of the Democrats’ appeal to their base. Saying things like “He only has that because he cheated” or “He won life’s lottery; vote for us and we’ll get you your fair share” keeps those addicted to their psychologically crippling social programs under Democrat control the same way a drug dealer controls his junkies. There is nothing Christian about any of what Democrats have to offer.

The Democrat idea of progress is adding more and more people to Welfare and Food Stamp rolls. The Christian position is to get people on their feet and away from government handouts.

What’s Christian about being a good Democrat? Not much.
