MP Salim al got the candidate of a coalition of national powers to the presidency of the Parliament by a large majority on Sunrise Alabegi candidate of a coalition of citizen.

OMGoodness Mr. M just had the slick willie pull on him...and the gang....by refusing to not show up on the first session and not being sworn in which they claim of being the one with the most vote....made them to be ineligible to participate in the  process....OMGoodness....WOW....this is just IMO ... :)

Is the President of the Parliament the same as Prime Minister? Certainly sounds to good to be true. Ramadan is not carrying much water this year for Iraq when business calls!! : D

Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad: House of Representatives voted on Tuesday, the alliance forces candidate Salim al-chairman of the council.

The reporter said, "Tomorrow's Press," The 194 deputies voted for the candidate of a coalition forces Salim al-chairman of the House of Representatives.

He added that, the total number of voting, 273 deputies, including 60 deputies abstained from voting, while the voice of Vice Sunrise Alabegi 19 deputies.

The Council of Representatives, on Tuesday, its election to the Presidency of the Council in the presence of 250 deputies and headed by Prime Age Mehdi al-Hafez.
