This is the first step in the process. The RV will quickly follow meaning in 3-7 days but more like three. The rate is still at between $3.00 - $4.00. I know some of you don't understand but this is the way it will go.

Anything can be delayed because remember this is Iraq and it is people that are doing this. If there is a delay it will only be a few days but at this time nobody is anticipating any delay. Enough about that.

The Iraqi army is beginning to route the ISIS (article 1) out of the Sunni areas they have been occupying under Sunni authorization. Sunni's, Turkmen and Kurds will quickly join in to remove the ISIS and have stated such as soon as Maliki is out of office and there is a new representative government announced.

The ISIS will quickly be on the run even though they just announced that they have formed an independent state inside the borders of Iraq. They are being pushed back as I write this and many are dressing up as women in their attempt to escape.

They have been nothing more than a tool in this and when the tool is of no longer use, it will be discarded. I have said the things going on in Iraq is not what it seems for a few months now.

This is an orchestrated Sunni rebellion against a dictatorial government.

The purpose of which is to unseat a powerful dictator who had no intention of ever leaving.

Articles continue to describe this government as "the owners" and that is the way the Maliki government and Maliki himself has acted since they took control of Iraq in 2010. The money, the property, the people, in fact all assets of Iraq, the owners felt belonged to them so they took what they wanted when they wanted it.

In one Sunni town before this mess started, Maliki had his army rounded up and arrested 400 male citizens. He jailed them in his secret jails and they are still there today being tortured.

There is more than 100,000 political Sunni prisoners jailed in Iraq today. The Sunni's are tired. Maliki has marginalized ethnic groups, the Sunni's, the Turkmen and the Kurds.

Everything is being set right with this rebellion and things that would have never been set right as long as Maliki stayed in office. They have been righted through the gains made in the towns and provinces and made in the field. Sunni's are in control of Sunni areas and Kurds are in control of Kurdish areas.

This was never intended to be a civil war but the Sunni's were prepared to take it that far if Maliki gained a third term. Maliki will not be a part of the new government nor will there be a puppet regime fashioned after Putins ploy to sit out for a term (man behind the thrown) and then re-run again.

Maliki would have accepted that but no one else would.

We are so close to this being over. I will put out another email tomorrow afternoon after parliament meets. The last email I will put out will be the day of they RV.

Like I said above, the RV will follow within days of the announcement of the new government.

Turki said it himself when he stated that he would do it today if the government was settled. He also stated he would like to do it mid year.

Tomorrow is the first day of mid-year and tomorrow hopefully the government will be "settled." Tomorrow I will most likely be sending out the 2nd of my last three emails.

Like I also said above if there is any delay it will be short as in one to two days. Again, my last email will explain everything. Here is a couple of articles.

TEHRAN (FNA)- Militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) are wearing women's dress and hid in civilians' cars to escape from Salahuddin province in disguise after sustaining a heavy defeat in the war with Iraq's army and volunteer forces. "Many of the ISIL militants are fleeing Salahuddin province in family cars and in women dresses," Head of Salahuddin Governorate Council Ahmad Al-Karim told FNA on Monday.

He said that the ISIL militants are escaping to Al-Jazeera Hamrin Mountains, and added, "The ISIL is a terrorist group supported by some regional countries and it is just trying to create a chaotic atmosphere in the region."

Meantime, a security source in Salahuddin province announced that the Iraqi army has struck heavy blows on the ISIL.

On Monday, Iraq's security forces and army killed large numbers of ISIL militants in violent clashes at Spiker military base in North of Tikrit, capital province of Salahuddin province.


"Fierce clashes erupted between the armed forces and the terrorists in Spiker base in the North of Salahuddin," informed security source told Iraq's Alforat news agency.

Something went on in California last month that is repeating itself here in Dallas.

Some of the people on this list including myself have been offered to sell their dinars at between $3.00 and $4.00. The conditions are that this sale is pending a new government in Iraq.

It is a legitimate bank that deals in currencies. I did not participate but I have a few friends who did. That is all I can say right now but not this Saturday, the following Saturday or before I will let you know the details.

And there were many VPs at the bank ... not just one as in a company.  So, it isn't the same position of authority as is assumed.  Banks seem to be well known for dishing out titles instead of money, so her not knowing seems about right.  VPs don't usually participate in upper management meetings ... just meetings about their departments.  Just what I saw first hand, so if that's the basis of your theory, it isn't standing up IMO.

 Blue, Article 140 isn't "done." If Maliki isn't removed, this issue will become even larger once ISIL is out. The Kurd's (rightly) took advantage of Baghdad's incompetence and now they're in the territory, but there is much more to 140 than just occupying it.

 HCL isn't done either, the Kurd's received a favorable ruling from the Federal Court stating it was within their rights to distribute Iraqi oil, there, again, is much more to HCL that needs to get through Parliament and become law.

 I'm not negative, I didn't see anything negative from Cash either, he simply asked a question. Opposing views cannot be categorized and labeled, there's a reason for the skepticism.

If I had a dollar for every time an expert called the RV, I wouldn't need the RV, I'd be rich already. And yes, if this GOI doesn't form today, this board is going to flooded with folks who are disappointed and shocked that it didn't occur.

Rocko:    The news says they swore in the new mp's and then the Kurds and SOL got into it over the unpaid salaries to their mp's I personally smell BS. More went on than they are saying. My view anyway. It doesn't seem like they would have this huge media invite and this is all that is reported. Maliki doesn't make a peep but his SOL does and the Kurds started it. I say BS,

My prediction:  All predictions are based on projection of logical thought into the future--and Iraq is illogical.  Would be like predicting which way a crazy rat with no sense of smell is going to run when there is a piece of cheese straight ahead.

Tlar has the banks poised upon the button to push it instantly..and the government is in charge of all of it.... So will the government call the "bank" to tell them to push the button.... or ... how does that work.... And then "who" at the "bank" pushes the button.... do we have an Org chart laying around here somewhere.... apparently titles are meaningless.... unlike the information apparently.... so I want to know who pushes the button... And while we're drilling down on detail... I'd like to know who is deep throating  this information passing it on to an Internet blogger to share with the world...and in passing I have to wonder... why did deep throat pick new comer Tlar with  Okie and Terry in the wings...? 

 

I'm sure Tlar is a nice fella, who seems to have found a home with people who seem to like following what he has to say.... His analytical ability in reading news articles wrapped in misunderstanding so much of how Iraq works (infra structure and culturally), has led him to numerous serious errors in calling out a variety of mistaken predictions, which tends to corroborate the notion that his analysis is not reliable at this point, and certainly lacks the credibility one would want to see before basing any decision or thought process upon his announcements.... I think the final straw for me in putting him in that group of others who "know not of what they speak", was when he announced a candidate for PM that was actually a candidate for President....not to mention his announcement of a PM and a process that clearly was incorrect.. in both the name and relative to the actual process followed. (yeah he back tracked, but not enough).... 

 

The guy has confidence for sure.... hope he's correct... and too many critical flaws in the last few weeks for me to put any weight in decision making based upon anything he says... .

BTW, they are not going to meet again until 8 July.... they did not even get close to electing a speaker...And the Shia alliance did not come up with a replacement candidate for Maliki as PM....So to say Maliki is officially out, would be to say one knows more than the actual people dealing with it as they have not figured it out yet... and most certainly have not made a formal announcement of any other name as of today.... And there will not be any further discussion until 8 July, at which point, they are still dealing with figuring out the election of a speaker.... (provided there is a quorum... the Kurds remain at the session this next time, AND they stop trying to hijack the meeting with trying to put the budget on the agenda, in the middle of electing a Speaker...) The political seating of a government is so far from over.... Which may have nothing at all to do with increasing the value of the currency.... despite the notion that some people seem hellll bent upon linking the two... (maybe they are... maybe they aren't linked)

 

We can barely figure out in our country what our own Fed is doing, or our own politicans are doing, let alone figure out how the two work together if at all....

 

PS, actually election of Speaker is majority and quorum is not necessary... And.. Speaker is the only office that must be elected in first session.... the other two positions can be but are not constitutionally demanded... ....

great post. have me laughing and so many questions. o.k. i will play and my guess is Aram Roston as deep throat. He wrote the book about Ahmad Chalabi "The man who pushed America to war." do I win a prize for playing?

 

I thought is was rather funny that they started the parliament session today at 11 am. It went for an hour, then they had a break and 90 people left, so there wasn't a quorum after the break. my guess is they were heading out to mac donalds for a snack during Ramadan and they thought they wouldn't get caught.

 

30 min. ago, CNN did a small 10 min. segment about Chalabi's run for PM. very, very interesting. They showed stock photos of Chalabi standing with Bush, Talabani, Sadre and had some interesting information about him. 

 

p.s. I watched the soccer game and the overtime was something. The U.S.A. played respectfully and Tim Howard was beyond super human. WOW.
