Greetings KTFA Family,

The Book of Genesis tells us that.........”In the beginning.......” God created the universe and us to belong to Him.

Now that sufficient time has passed ….....the evidence of our CC's for the last two weeks is surfacing. We called Mosul a fly trap because it did so many things in a stealth mode. Surgical operations like what they did with ISIS cannot be explained by the media ….....so we did our best to help you.

I am grateful to see that the Minister of Finance came out today saying …...yes we have no bananas and absolutely no confirmation about the thefts by Baash/ISIS to our banks in Mosul. Yes MoF …....we knew this thank you very much.

There is no liquidity in Iraqi banks so there was nothing to steal. Most of it was the 250/500/1000 IQD's that were distributed to help with this lack of currency. The rest was electronic currency. So how do you steal that?

This is just one example of the evidence that came forth today vindicating our last 5 CC's. We told you that intel removed the citizens in Mosul and were sent to Kurdistan. This was a plan that many of you thought we were incorrect about.

ISIS was well trained as they entered Mosul and advancing to strategic locations. We pointed out that they were capturing borders. Told you that they advanced up to the 140 parallel that just by coincidence happened to end at Kurdistan's disputed land.

Shared with you........that IMO.....Article 140 had unconventionally been passed because all of a sudden Kurdistan got its land back. I can go on and on with what I have already told you. But my point is that on this day the 27th of June.......they finally tell you most of what we have been presenting.

Yes.........it also accomplished for our troops to go back into Iraq. SOFA resigned. The scare tactics helped the MR (Monetary Reform) because many believed Fox/CNN stories that Iraq was collapsing ….....causing many to sell back their dinars.

One two or three zeros may be lifted from the exchange rate very soon to add value to the IQD but Mosul tactics lifted many 000's in the last two weeks. Maliki was scared by John Kerry to the point where I believe we will actually see a Parliament seating on July 1st or 2nd.

This list can go on with more examples from our CC's like Qi cards coming out or ISX starting on this day.......but it's time to move on and realize what happened today.

Let's first start with the true voice of Iraq.......which is not the GOI nor the CBI but their religious leaders.

Today one of the more powerful Amirs......Sistani..... told the Iraqi citizens that he calls for agreement on a new PM before Tuesday's session. There is good news here and bad news too. Not for us.......but for M.

The good news is that this desire is coming from a powerful source and please take note that they are saying “before Tuesday's session”. In the ME you have to chew every word carefully before swallowing them.

Now the bad news here is that this powerful source does not want M as the PM. I could care less who the PM is. You see KTFA Family it is not about THE or A PM chosen it is more about the GOI's process to work together for the first time in ten years. Sitting a Parliament and then selecting a PM would be like going from a Flintstones car to a formula one race car.

This is an extremely impressive advancement for a petrified government. Then......we see that a former Deputy of Iraq proposes the formation of the Presidium for a temporary Parliament. That says ….......MOVE! MOVE!! MOVE!!!

There is no stopping the formation of the GOI for any reason. Not M........not Ramadan........nothing is going to stop this process.

US Secretary of State Bright Mkourk and Ambassador Stephen Beecroft reviewed the preparations for Parliament's first session. Why? Because they don't know how to do it themselves. I'm serious. For the last ten years and another 20 under UNSC sanctions the GOI has no idea how to govern itself.

They are taking neophyte steps and we are not about to let them make silly wasted mistakes. It is no longer the time to delay because there is just too much decay.

So what are we going to see on July 1st the Parliament and an IR? IMO.......no. IMO.......only the first session of Parliament.

I would much rather see that than to see the IR. I don't want any more tricks from any politician. Sit the Parliament........give me a PM.......give me two Presidents......give me the full GOI of Ministers and then CBI.......give them the IR. Make them earn it darn it!!!

We got them where we want them and scare tactics brought all of this into the light of truth. Not the media that today in Iraq confessed and said that they had no choice but to print their deceptions as told to them.

What else happened in Iraq today?

“The Supreme Federal Court rules against Iraq Minister of Oil's request to prevent KRG Oil exports”. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shut the front door and the back! This is a dream come true just to read it because like H20 there are some serious bonding and connections going on here.

This is from the Supreme Courts Family the highest of the land where a judge ruled that the Kurds are definitely abiding by the Constitution and that they are not running their Federal Oil Operations illegally. It was not the Kurds that were wrong.......it was Baghdad.

They were using the old Saddam oil law and the oil minister claimed that the Kurds were in violation of the Constitution. The courts today basically said ….......nope.........Kurds are fine. But you are not Baghdad.

Now if you look at your notes  Family we told you 12 days ago that IMO........Article 140 was done. Today the articles tell you it is.......TADA.

Barzani tells anyone within arms reach today that the courts gave him and Kurdistan Article 140. Then he made me laugh when he snapped his fingers three times from left to right telling Baghdad.....I don't even want to talk about it. No more arguing between us this is done it is finished do not bother me on this subject any longer.

It's crazy because M has great possession of the Iraqi courts and they ruled against him today. It makes our fly trap example even more solid. Hey M.......deal or no deal? You get PM and the Kurds get the rest of the GOI power. LOL........well close enough to their desires of control and representation and oil production.

Two Presidents will be selected......one for Iraq and one for the caretaker GOI which will be from Kurdistan. Look on the bright side Maliki.......you get to stick around even with your power handicapped but you will still be able to use the executive bathroom.

If H20 has two atoms bonding with each other and we just looked at Article 140 what is the other atom?

IMO.......Article 140 and her census are a yin yang marriage. As we now see the GOI and the CBI getting married and heading towards their honeymoon. IMO.......now that we see the evidence of Article 140 we are about to see this action give birth to the HCL! In other words........IMO.......they will have to pass this hidden law if they want to do any business with the KRG.

For that matter..........if they want to do any oil business with anyone. This way they can get their percentage income from oil revenues from all their district areas. As an example there are three oil tankers worth of profits sitting in Turkey's banks right now when they should be with the GOI.

IMO.......this is the way most of the money from the citizens was being stolen by the Iraqi politicians. You see......HCL was passed in 2007 by a presidential council and a presidential veto delayed it.

But there are four parts to the HCL and three of them were being used since '07. The one part that is missing needed the census and Article 140 in order to determine fair and equal oil revenue profit sharing with the citizens of Iraq.

All these years the politicians could care less if the citizens were not getting what belonged to them.

But today or tomorrow if we see true evidence of the HCL then there will be no more stealing from the citizens.

We may actually hear a new theme from the GOI saying to the rest of Iraq's oil districts........do not mess with the money I steal.........I mean the citizen's money.

Without too much exaggeration today's information IMO.....is seriously the end of all we have been looking for to form a GOI with stability and security. I can just see some of these politicians saying Wow we can start to make serious profits …....let's roll and make some dough.

Indeed.........it was a historical day in our IQD studies. IMO.......they will take the full 15 days to select a PM and then they will take another full 30 days to seat their caretaker government

. And IMO........the CBI has no excuses not to fulfill what the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq said last year.........”we will add value to our currency in the middle of 2014.” Sir......if you miss it by a few months you will not hear a peep from me about it. CH7 was lifted on June 27, 2013. IMO.......times up. Or may I say …......I LOVE THE TIMING OF EVERYTHING.

Like this timing........USA is NOW sending M Hellfire missiles.........why? Because …......deal or no deal M?........well alright then.
