Why is he still breathing?

It's just bull, he don't want an HCL cause he can steal once in place, and the infrastructure is a fund he can steal from for sure as it is.   Who is he to tell them what to do,  he's a murderer and has no right to say anything to people.  When and how will he disappear and rid the "world" of him and take his counterpart the supreme freak of iran.
