The former MP Wael Abdul Latif said the current parliament can pass a bill the federal budget in the remaining period in the event of a political agreement to do so and noting that third parliamentary session begins legitimacy on the fourteenth of June. Abdel-Latif explained that members of the next legislative session will not actually begin until after their swearing-in, according to Article fifty of the Constitution, which stipulates that the lead member of the House of Representatives was sworn in before the Council before beginning his work.
