MPs and experts considered the law and the economy that the removal of the budget to the next parliamentary session is unconstitutional, and that the delay would make the state only consuming and suffer from zero growth.

The former MP Wael Abdul Latif said the current parliament can pass a bill the federal budget in the remaining period in the event of a political agreement to do so and noting that third parliamentary session begins legitimacy on the fourteenth of June.

Abdel-Latif explained that members of the next legislative session will not actually begin until after their swearing-in, according to Article fifty of the Constitution, which stipulates that the lead member of the House of Representatives was sworn in before the Council before beginning his work.
