Ukraine crisis : Umbertino reported pro-Russian separatists have seized a police building in another city eastern Ukraine.  They are defying government warnings and prepared to act against insurgents.   Russia called emergency UN Security Council meeting late Sunday.  The move comes after Ukraine forces exchanged fire with pro-Russia militia.  Russian financial assets in focus as tensions rise in Ukraine.

 

The bull climbed 146 points on the slippery slope. Tech stocks pick up momentum today.  LadyGrace’sDaddy heard Facebook reportedly entering the world of financial services. Social network could allow users to store money on the site.  EagleEye reported Alibaba is expected to file for an IPO worth over $100 billion.  Yahoo’s original content sets sights on four shows.  Snowglobe7 wondered why Microsoft is downgraded by Deutsche Bank from buy to hold.  Chess’s jaw dropped to learn the pay for top 100 CEOs rose 9% last year to $12.9M, which 26% of top CEOs saw their pay cut last year.

 

From dinar land : Vietnam1969 continues to get his hand full with the aliens who have created some  havoc in several areas.  In the meantime, stealthwarrior managed to open up Fallujah dam that was shut down by the aliens.  Sandfly still liking the new black helicopters as he patrols the air of Baghdad.   Thriver heard there is a slim chance the budget will be passed before the election, in the meantime Eburt has an earful from head of provinces especially in Babel whose funds have run out.  Babel has been the fastest growing state and will need every dinar they can get to keep the momentum.  Boosterbglee is happy as Iraq continues to import most goods and materials from other countries until Iraq can sustain itself and be self sufficient which is predicted in the next few years.  Wiljor heard even though parliament members are busy campaigning for the upcoming elections, they still have time to voice their push on CBI to revalue the dinar as soon as possible.

 

From rumor land : Frank26 says RV is done and CBI has posted new rate for Dinar.  Kaperoni thinks it’s done and can only mean one thing.. they will raise the value.  Arthur feels any day now till April 30th.  Poppy3 says his guy thinks we can expect it no later than Tuesday.  Enorrste believes only time will tell whether international pressure will be sufficient to get us our goal.  TNT Tony says process is complete and we are waiting for the final stroke.

Thank you to all who send their congratulations on my little one :)  He is 3 months old and very cute.  When you see him, your heart will just melt.  How did I agree to adopt him..? I have no choice lol  he was being offered to me and with my soft heart, I just couldn't pass him for anything else :) 

 

There is this beautiful girl who comes a long way to study in America and lived in the dorm.  After a semester in the dorm, she begged her parents to get her an apartment because the dorm is too noisy in the weekend for her.  Being good parents, they rented her a furnished apartment.  She was so happy being in her own place and the first thing she did was to go to a pet store and buy herself a puppy - a maltipoo and she named him "Nemo".  She always wanted a dog all her life but can't never have one because mommy is allergic to dogs. She loves Nemo so much that she neglects her study and of course her grades take a dive and now.. another problem arises.. mommy is coming to visit to see the apartment so Nemo has been in boarding place for two weeks.  So, she made a call to auntie and asked auntie to find a home for Nemo.  Well, auntie found two homes for Nemo but was turned down by the owner as she hopes auntie would take Nemo and she can follow Nemo;s progress.  Being an auntie who has a soft heart and loves dogs and understand the situation, auntie can't refuse Nemo.. so we got busy and book the flight for Nemo to his new home :)  he arrived at his destination on Sunday afternoon.  He has a gentle, kind and loving spirit,  His eyes exudes love.  He will be a good dog but needs some training not to do his stuff on mommy's bed lol
